TNPO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNPO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, NLN, and PLBD1. Each is linked with TNPO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO1-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNPO1 versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
