TNPO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNPO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, ZC2HC1B, and PCARE. Each is linked with TNPO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNPO1-to-partner and partner-to-TNPO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by TNPO1-low versus TNPO1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
