Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GXYLT1P6, RPS29P22, and SNORD53B. Each is linked with TNP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNP2 results are reported.
