Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNP1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TNP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where TNP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
