TNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,503 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, PTPN12_S673, and RUFY3. Each is linked with TNP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 versus HDGFL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
