TNP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D16, FAM230B, and TRDD1. Each is linked with TNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5D16 grouped by TNP1-low versus TNP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
