Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with TNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNP1 results are reported.
