TNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 507 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGK2, OR9A4, and OR13H1. Each is linked with TNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 versus PGK2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
