TNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIF1A, THOC5, and MAGI2. Each is linked with TNP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIF1A grouped by TNP1-low versus TNP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
