TNNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Bcl-2, and MEK1. Each is linked with TNNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TNNT2-low versus TNNT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
