Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,550 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL_S430, PALMD, and TPI1_S80. Each is linked with TNNT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT1 results are reported.
