TNNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFD, NHSL2, and THBS4. Each is linked with TNNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNNT1 versus VEGFD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
