TNNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1AP7, RNU6-142P, and TRIM36. Each is linked with TNNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1AP7 grouped by TNNT1-low versus TNNT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
