Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TNNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT1 results are reported.
