The most reproducible TNNT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of muscle contraction, Multicellular organismal movement, and Positive regulation of stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with TNNT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TNNT1 results are reported.
