Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNI3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with TNNI3 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNI3-to-partner and partner-to-TNNI3 results are reported.
