TNNC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNNC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,341 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNNC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAU1, MACROH2A2, and MYBBP1A_S1241. Each is linked with TNNC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNNC2-to-partner and partner-to-TNNC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNNC2 versus STAU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNNC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNNC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
