TNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,081 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, SKA1, and ORC1. Each is linked with TNN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNN-to-partner and partner-to-TNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP55 grouped by TNN-low versus TNN-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
