Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 815 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Regulation of endopeptidase activity, and Protein N-linked glycosylation. Each is linked with TNN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNN-to-partner and partner-to-TNN results are reported.
