Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,731 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are POP5, ORC1, and ANKHD1. Each is linked with TNN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNN-to-partner and partner-to-TNN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNN versus POP5 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
