TNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEANC2, S100PBP, and FBXL5. Each is linked with TNN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNN-to-partner and partner-to-TNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCEANC2 grouped by TNN-low versus TNN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
