TNMD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-61P, LINC02113, and MIR6894. Each is linked with TNMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNMD-to-partner and partner-to-TNMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-61P grouped by TNMD-low versus TNMD-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
