TNKS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNKS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNKS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, SLK, and CCDC6. Each is linked with TNKS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNKS2 versus LRPPRC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNKS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNKS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
