TNKS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNKS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNKS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P14, MIR615, and LINC02222. Each is linked with TNKS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P14 grouped by TNKS2-low versus TNKS2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNKS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNKS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
