Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNKS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,936 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNKS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, Regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TNKS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS2 results are reported.
