TNKS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNKS2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNKS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPTB, ADGRA3, and LTBP1. Each is linked with TNKS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS2-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPTB grouped by TNKS2-low versus TNKS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNKS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNKS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
