TNK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP4, SAMSN1, and TNK1_S502. Each is linked with TNK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK1-to-partner and partner-to-TNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNK1 versus ARHGAP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
