TNK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,151 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, RASAL3, and LY9. Each is linked with TNK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK1-to-partner and partner-to-TNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNK1 versus GRAP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
