Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,875 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Sperm mitochondrial sheath assembly. Each is linked with TNK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK1-to-partner and partner-to-TNK1 results are reported.
