TNIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1, RCCD1, and PBK. Each is linked with TNIP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAXIP1 grouped by TNIP3-low versus TNIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
