Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,488 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Regulation of protein deubiquitination, and Positive regulation of protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with TNIP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP3 results are reported.
