Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNIP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNIP1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TNIP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, OV, and COAD are the cancer types where TNIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
