Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNDP1, IGF2, and SNORA41B. Each is linked with TNFSF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF8 versus CNDP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
