TNFSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRLF3P1, ZNRF1, and RNU6-1119P. Each is linked with TNFSF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRLF3P1 grouped by TNFSF8-low versus TNFSF8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
