Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFSF4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFSF4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TNFSF4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and BRCA are the cancer types where TNFSF4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
