Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFSF18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFSF18 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TNFSF18 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and LUAD are the cancer types where TNFSF18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
