Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFSF13B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFSF13B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TNFSF13B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF13B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD and PDAC are the cancer types where TNFSF13B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
