Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,241 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF13B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of innate immune response. Each is linked with TNFSF13B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF13B-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane grouped by TNFSF13B-low versus TNFSF13B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
