TNFSF13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,553 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAS, UBA7, and TOP2A. Each is linked with TNFSF13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF13-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF13 versus FAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
