Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF12-TNFSF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,990 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF12-TNFSF13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of production of molecular mediator of immune response, and Positive regulation of B cell proliferation. Each is linked with TNFSF12-TNFSF13 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF12-TNFSF13-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF12-TNFSF13 results are reported.
