Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LORICRIN, USP17L18, and C20orf85. Each is linked with TNFSF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF11-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF11 results are reported.
