TNFSF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX60, DTX3L, and IFIT3. Each is linked with TNFSF10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF10-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF10 versus DDX60 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
