Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,707 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFI44L, UBE2L6, and PLSCR1. Each is linked with TNFSF10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF10-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF10 versus IFI44L in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
