Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P4, MTND3P2, and LINC00440. Each is linked with TNFSF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF10-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P4 grouped by TNFSF10-low versus TNFSF10-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
