TNFRSF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,942 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, SKAP2, and STK10. Each is linked with TNFRSF8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF8 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
