Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,153 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTIP, TAGAP, and PRODH. Each is linked with TNFRSF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF8 versus CYTIP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
