TNFRSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TNFRSF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TNFRSF8-low versus TNFRSF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
