TNFRSF21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,207 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFRSF21_S541, MMP14, and PLOD1. Each is linked with TNFRSF21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF21-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF21 versus TNFRSF21_S541 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
