TNFRSF21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, PHKG1P2, and MFN2. Each is linked with TNFRSF21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF21-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by TNFRSF21-low versus TNFRSF21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
