TNFRSF1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, PLOD1, and CDA. Each is linked with TNFRSF1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF1A versus ITGA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
